10DLC Registration for TeleGo SMS

What is 10DLC registration? 

In an effort to reduce the influx of Spam SMS messaging, US Mobile carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.) have implemented a system which they use to prevent Spam SMS messages from being sent to their customers.  

10DLC registration is a process that allows each business to register their brand and SMS phone numbers with the Campaign Registry. This registration will verify your messages as legitimate to the US mobile carriers, and allow these messages to be successfully sent your intended recipient. Unregistered numbers and messaging traffic are likely to be blocked as spam and never sent.  

While we know that you are not using our messaging platform for such reasons, these carriers now require that all business and phone numbers are registered in order to successfully send SMS messages.

What are the next steps? 

This is mandatory for all TeleGo SMS customers. Unregistered traffic will not be supported. If you still need to register, you can submit a request and we'll email a form to you to get you started.
