How to Reset Mobile App

If you are running into issues with your TeleGo mobile app a common troubleshooting step is to reset the application. This will log you out of the app and bring you to login screen.
To do so, please follow the following steps:
 
Open the APP and go to Menu
Navigate to the settings button at the top right corner of the application

At the bottom of the settings screen you will see an option to reset application.
Proceed with resetting.

You will be logged out of the app and it will close out, please log back in with your QR code.
