Access to TeleGo call recordings

As a TeleGo user with Call Recording enabled, you can listen to, download, and delete recordings through the TeleGo User Poral.


How to gain access to your call recordings

1. As an admin or a user with permission to access Call Recordings:

Log into the TeleGo User Portal. If you forgot your username, you can contact our support team


2. Once you log in, you will be taken to your portal homepage. From there, click on the Analytics icon either

  • Or from the side menu: 

3. The Analytics submenu should expand. From this submenu, click on Call Logs BETA.


If you don't see BETA options under the Analytics menu, click on the orange ENABLE BETA button at the top of your page to add our beta features.

Note: You must be an admin to enable beta. 


4. From Call Logs BETA, you should see a list of your call logs from today. You can use the filter search bar on the top of your page and/or the time frame filter on the top right to customize your view and find a specific call. 


5. Once your find your desired call log, see the following icons at the far right of the row:

6. You can Play, Download, or Delete the recording using those icons.


7. Note that if you are not an admin, you may have custom permissions applied to your account which may hide some or all of these options.
