How to manage your call recording retention settings
As a TeleGo customer with Call Recordings you can set your own Retention Settings through the TeleGo User Portal. Retention Settings determine how long you will keep your recordings saved in the TeleGo User Portal before they are deleted. This is a helpful tool that can help you manage your recording usage and help to prevent surprise billing costs due to recording overages.
To Manage Retention Settings
1. As an admin or a user with permission to access Retention Settings:
Log into the TeleGo User Portal. If you forgot your username, you can contact our support team.
2. Once you log in, click on the Admin Settings icon at the bottom of the side menu on the left:
3. The Admin Settings submenu should expand. From this submenu, click on Retention.
4. You will be taken to the Retention page for your company. From here you can:
View your Retention Summary. This will show you how many hours of recordings you have saved in the TeleGo user portal.
Set your Retention Limits. Here you can choose how long to keep your call recordings saved in the TeleGo User Portal before they're deleted.
