Private Line:

Add an additional line for your extension on your phone

Extension BLF:

Select any extension in your phone system to make a direct call to. Once an extension is saved to this button, you will also be able to see when this extension is on a phone call.

Park Orbit:

Park a call on each Park Orbit button.

Agent login/logout:

Login or log out of the selected queue.

Service Flag:

Manually activate the selected service flag

Speed dial:

Directly make a call to any 10 digit phone number

Hunt group:

Directly make a call to any Hunt Group in your phone system

Agent Group:

Directly make a call to any Agent Group in your phone system
