Re-provision / reconnect mobile app
In the event where your mobile app loses connection to your registered extension it is possible to re-provision or reconnect it without logging out or resetting the entire app. To do this follow these steps.
Steps to re-provision the app
Open the APP on your cellphone.
Open the Menu by clicking on the 3 dots on the top right of the screen.
Open settings
Tap on Account Setup
no changes needed simply tap on the check box on the top right to save.
Provisioning will apper on the screen
