PC Softphone error 408

If you are getting error 408 on your PC softphone the most likely reason is for this is because something is blocking the connection between our servers and the softphone on your computer. It could be your firewall, content filter or something else on the network.

In order to fix this please contact your IT asking them to whitelist and allow access to the following IP addresses and ports.
