Equipment Returns and Replacement Policy

DOA (Dead On Arrival):

  • If the item(s) is found dead and defective on arrival, Telego will provide a replacement and will be fully responsible for any associated fees.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Telego won’t accept a return after the 14-days deadline is passed. Telego should be notified on the same day of arrival

Wrong product was ordered by TeleGo:

  • If you received an item(s) which is different than what you’ve ordered, Telego will provide a replacement and will be fully responsible for any associated fees
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Telego won’t accept a return after the 14-days deadline is passed. Telego should be notified on the same day of arrival

Scratched phone:

  • If the item(s) are found scratched on arrival, you must notify Telego within the first 5 hours since the item was delivered. Telego will provide a replacement and will be fully responsible for any associated fees. Telego won’t be responsible if the 5-hours deadline is passed.

Change of mind:

  • If you change your mind after placing the order, you will be fully responsible for any return and replacement-related fees.
